Raised in San Diego, California, Moriah graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Wanting to experience a new place, she and her husband moved to Denver in 2019, without ever visiting! Moriah began her early career in accounting and witnessed firsthand the power of real estate from her clients. Ultimately, her desire to cultivate meaningful relationships and build generational wealth pushed her to get her license in 2020.

Moriah’s clients range from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. She says being able to help someone purchase their first home and walk them through the process is the most fulfilling aspect of her career. Moriah’s clients describe her as direct and honest, never having to question whether she has their best interest at heart. Moriah’s job is to understand what her clients want and get them there while protecting them along the way. 

Whether it’s a first investment condo or a large-scale commercial building, Moriah’s passion is to help others achieve long-term wealth through real estate. She owns sixteen rental units in Colorado and is growing her portfolio year after year. Her own experience with investment properties allows her to serve her clients better.

You can find Moriah golfing with her husband or hiking with their two dogs. She is an avid traveler and has been to more than 15 different countries! She and her husband are expecting their first baby at the end of 2023.
